Team Manager & Customer Experience Specialist

Having been licensed as a REALTOR® in Texas prior to her move to Georgia, Kerri is quite the asset to the Tonya Jones Group and our clients. She brings extensive knowledge and superb customer care skills to our team. Kerri oversees all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. In addition, she manages our client database, creates and prepares consultation packages, contracts with vendors for client appreciation events, and coordinates public and broker open houses. In short, she is essential to our day-to-day operations and Tonya often refers to her as “her right hand.” Her impeccable communication skills have often been bragged on by the co-oping agents, buyers, sellers, and our ancillary partners.

Kerri is the proud spouse of an Air Force retired fighter pilot and the mom of 2 fantastic young men (one who attends the United States Air Force Academy and one who attends the United States Coast Guard Academy).
